| Duties |
- Formulate, execute, track progress, and assess the effectiveness of general student affairs tasks.
- Assist with comprehensive administrative duties, coordinate and consolidate activities, and oversee cross-unit tasks.
- Monitor and follow up on major cases under supervision.
- Handle evaluations of the Office of Student Affairs, school meetings, and student affairs meetings.
- Compile and submit comprehensive reports to the Ministry of Education and draft official documents.
- Serve as the contact point for handling gender equality incidents.
- Develop work plans and performance reports.
- Participate in the Student Appeals Review Committee.
- Serve as the audit point for information security and personal data protection.
- Manage electronic official document registration.
- Handle other tasks as temporarily assigned.
