| Duties |
- Handle the receipt and dispatch of official documents and correspondence.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the Director’s office, main office, and consultation rooms, and provide refreshments.
- Assist with military service term exemption matters.
- Plan and assist with annual and holiday cleaning and decoration of the Director’s office, main office, and consultation rooms.
- Manage and safeguard office keys and property.
- Handle other tasks as temporarily assigned.
