| Duties |
Advising Departments: Department of Mechanical Design, Department of Multimedia - Manage the “Greater Yunlin Little Snail” housing service strategic alliance and related safety assessment tasks.
- Organize off-campus student housing forums, landlord meetings, rental expos, and related activities.
- Conduct annual off-campus housing visits and provide counseling for off-campus students.
- Manage the university’s cloud housing network LINE group and TigerTech Cloud Housing Network, including building, updating, contacting, and verifying landlord information.
- Handle applications for off-campus housing scholarships and rental subsidies.
- Assist and coordinate with the cloud housing platform system team to promote related tasks.
- Participate in duty shifts at the Campus Security Center.
- Provide student life counseling and guidance.
- Handle other tasks as temporarily assigned.
