| Duties |
- Serve as the administrative affairs contact point, handle document receipt and signing, and manage comprehensive administrative tasks.
- Safeguard the center’s property and equipment.
- Manage the center’s budget, process reimbursements, oversee school-controlled fund reimbursements, and procure equipment.
- Recruit and manage project-based and temporary student assistants.
- Organize school-wide parent meetings and new student parent meetings.
- Handle homeroom teacher affairs, including homeroom meetings and activity funds.
- Support student affairs activities, such as school anniversary events and graduation ceremonies.
- Organize and manage center meetings.
- Manage matters related to the center’s school evaluations.
- Complete submissions to the technical and vocational education database.
- Recruit center personnel and conduct related performance evaluations.
- Maintain and update the center’s website.
- Handle other tasks as temporarily assigned.
