[Implementation of Recruitment and Counseling Work Plan for Students with Disabilities] - Provide counseling, transition support, and assessment referrals for new or suspected cases of students with disabilities in the Continuing Education College and the Continuing Education and Extension Division.
- Assist students with disabilities in these divisions to apply to the Ministry of Education’s Technology Assistive Device Center for loaned assistive devices.
- Develop and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs/ISPs) for students with disabilities in these divisions.
- Compile annual performance reports for the Ministry of Education’s subsidized program for recruitment and counseling of students with disabilities.
- Organize extracurricular activities in the Resource Classroom (e.g., welcome meals at the start of the semester, birthday celebrations).
- Implement special education promotion and inclusive education theme activities, and assist with Resource Classroom outdoor learning activities.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys on Resource Classroom counseling and service measures (June and December).
- Manage the Resource Classroom website.
