| Duties |
[Implementation of Recruitment and Counseling Work Plan for Students with Disabilities] - Provide counseling, transition support, and assessment referrals for new or suspected cases of students with disabilities in the College of Engineering (excluding the Departments of Aeronautical Engineering and Mechanical and Computer-Aided Engineering).
- Assist students with disabilities in this college to apply to the Ministry of Education’s Technology Assistive Device Center for loaned assistive devices.
- Develop and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs/ISPs) for students with disabilities in this college.
- Serve as the liaison for the Ministry of Education’s Special Education Division on “Compilation and Statistics of CRPD (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities) Promotion Outcomes.”
- Organize career counseling activities in the Resource Classroom.
- Assist in promoting special education and Inclusive Education Theme Week activities.
- Organize extracurricular activities in the Resource Classroom, including welcome and farewell meals.
- Assist students with disabilities in applying for tuition/fee reductions and special education scholarships or grants.
- Procure additional Resource Classroom books.
- Recruit volunteers and manage related matters for Social Responsibility Education courses.
