| Duties |
[Implementation of Recruitment and Counseling Work Plan for Students with Disabilities] - Provide counseling, transition support, and assessment referrals for new or suspected cases of students with disabilities in the College of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
- Assist students with disabilities in applying to the Ministry of Education’s Technology Assistive Device Center for loaned assistive devices.
- Develop and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs/ISPs) for students with disabilities in the College of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
- Handle matters related to the Special Education Implementation Committee.
- Conduct orientation counseling and academic transition meetings for new students with disabilities.
- Organize extracurricular activities in the Resource Classroom (e.g., growth groups, film appreciation, alumni homecoming on School Anniversary Day).
- Arrange after-school tutoring for foundational and specialized subjects in the Resource Classroom.
- Organize summer preparatory courses for new students with disabilities.
- Serve as the liaison for TSMC’s “Workplace Experience Program for Students with Disabilities.”
- Coordinate national intercollegiate Resource Classroom sports competitions and exchange activities.
- Manage applications, reimbursements, and budget control for the Ministry of Education’s subsidized program for recruitment and counseling of students with disabilities.
- Safeguard Resource Classroom property and handle other related tasks.
