| Duties |
Responsible Departments: Mechanical and Energy Engineering, Leisure Studies, International Students, and the International Program in Green Smart Manufacturing - Take charge of college-level case management services.
- Provide individual counseling, group counseling, psychological testing, and class guidance.
- Assist with administering psychological assessments for new students.
- Manage administrative affairs of the center’s case management, including paper record keeping.
- Manage referral documents from homeroom teachers.
- Organize and promote gender equality education activities.
- Support and advocate for students of diverse gender identities.
- Promote Gender Equality Day campaigns.
- Handle case management and counseling for international students.
- Operate the student pregnancy counseling hotline.
- Serve as the contact point for the student pregnancy support/counseling task force.
- Act as the referral liaison for the Gender Equality Committee.
- Serve as the contact for the student counseling response platform.
- Handle other tasks as temporarily assigned.
