| Duties |
Responsible Departments: Mechatronics (Minor), Mechanical Design (including Five-Year Junior College – Precision Machinery), Student Dormitories, and International Students - Provide individual counseling, group counseling, psychological testing, and class guidance.
- Manage dormitory-related counseling services.
- Conduct evening counseling activities.
- Organize dormitory mental health promotion activities.
- Train dormitory counseling volunteers.
- Conduct self-evaluation and inspection visits for counseling programs in public and private universities and colleges.
- Recruit and manage project-based student assistants.
- Oversee case management meetings.
- Manage the center’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform statistical analysis of counseling services.
- Manage and consolidate the center’s case management administrative records online.
- Safeguard the center’s property and equipment.
- Handle other tasks as temporarily assigned.
