- Handle accounting tasks related to student dormitory fees, including collection and refund applications.
- Manage dormitory personnel control and compile various statistical data.
- Oversee dormitory facility procurement and repair requests, including tracking and follow-up.
- Prepare and execute the student dormitory budget.
- Assist dormitory managers in executing their duties.
- Manage priority housing applications for returning students, including bed assignments, lotteries, and announcements.
- Plan summer cleaning operations.
- Oversee outsourced dormitory services (security, cleaning staff) and related tasks.
- Handle routine annual contract management and signing.
- Manage repayment matters for new dormitory buildings each term.
- Handle incoming correspondence from off-campus and respond to various dormitory-related inquiries.
- Handle other tasks as temporarily assigned.
