| Duties |
- Handle student group accident insurance tendering, claims processing, and settlement.
- Follow up on abnormal health check reports for day-division students.
- Maintain the COVID-19 self-report system webpage for confirmed cases.
- Organize health promotion activities, prepare reports, and manage reimbursements.
- Conduct meetings for day-division health leaders.
- Support vaccination and military training courses for the five-year junior college division.
- Implement Ministry of Education health promotion programs, such as aerobic yoga, DIY essential oil relaxation massage, and elementary school sexual education “Big Hands Hold Little Hands” campaign.
- Serve as the IT audit contact point.
- Conduct inventory of assets.
- Update and maintain the health education announcement column.
- Handle equipment disinfection, maintenance, procurement, and related administrative tasks.
- Provide emergency medical support for large events such as sports day, graduation ceremonies, and school fairs.
- Emergency care and wound dressing.
- Other duties as temporarily assigned.
