Main Responsibilities

  • Planning and supervision of student clubs and their activities.
  • Organizing major university events such as Commencement Ceremonies and University Anniversary Celebrations.
  • Management of the Student Activity Center, Music Hall, and Dormitory Vocational Building.

【Extracurricular Activities Section】Service Hours:
  • Regular Semester: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00
  • Winter and Summer Breaks: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–12:10, 13:20–17:00
  • Closed on national holidays; adjustments will be announced for consecutive or special holidays.

【Student Activity Center & Vocational Building】Opening Hours:

Regular Semester:
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30–22:00
  • Saturday and Sunday, 08:30–17:00
Winter and Summer Breaks:
  • Monday to Thursday, 08:30–17:00
